Gino Just a quick note to thank you for the prompt service in sending me a pair of Rusa Boots last week. I have an extremely wide foot and have difficulty in buying boots that fit. I have never experienced such great customer service before. Kel worked with me to ensure that each piece of the outfit was exactly the right size before sending it which I really appreciate. I would like to thank you staff, especially Kell who answered the phones at Albury on Friday afternoon at around 16:00pm. I was asking about the above order, she mentioned that they were coming from the warehouse, which I was not aware of, and would txt me back with a tracking number. Kell called me back at 16:30 to let me know that an attempt was made to deliver that day, but road servicing stopped the delivery and it was at the post office. I went there and collected the boots. Called Kell back to express my appreciation and she was truly help full.
